SERVICE TERMS
Get the email you need while respecting the boundaries of email systems
By using TMPF, you agree to these rules. They cover short-term addresses, ongoing forwarding, content, and security separately, so receiving an email is not mistaken for a guarantee of delivery or permanent storage.
Service nature
We provide an email-receiving tool on an as-is basis. It is not a replacement for a long-term mailbox or backup service.
Clear time limits
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours; forwarding records are typically retained for 30 days.

What’s allowed—and what will get the service shut down
Short-term verification and privacy separation are the intended uses; automated abuse, harm, and bypassing platform rules are not.
Allowed uses
- Receive one-time verification codes, trial confirmations, or download links
- Create forwarding addresses for different websites that you can pause independently
- Test email flows for systems you own or are authorized to test
- Delete emails and addresses using the controls provided on the page
Uses that will be blocked
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or harmful content
- Create addresses in bulk to evade quotas, bans, or third-party rules
- Probe, damage, overload, or access this site’s systems without authorization
- Impersonate others, infringe rights, or engage in unlawful activity

1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction and use the service only for lawful purposes. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, stop creating addresses, logging in to the dashboard, or reading email. Some jurisdictions may grant non-waivable consumer rights; these terms do not limit them.
2. Temporary inboxes
Temporary addresses are valid for 3 hours by default. They may be extended where the page allows, but never beyond 24 hours after creation. Once an address expires, is replaced, or is securely disposed of, you may no longer be able to access its email.
A temporary address is not a permanent identity, recovery mailbox, or file store. You are responsible for handling any codes, links, or text you need to keep before the address expires.
3. Forwarding identities
The forwarding dashboard uses a verification code sent to your receiving mailbox instead of a separate password. You can create, copy, pause, resume, and delete addresses, and must ensure the receiving destination belongs to you or is authorized for your use.
Pausing or deleting an address affects future messages, and third-party senders may cache old addresses. We do not promise that any particular address will remain available indefinitely.
4. Delivery and records
We make reasonable efforts to receive and forward email, but sender policies, network delays, attachment limits, spam detection, or recipient rejection may cause delays or failures. The status shown on the page is an operational signal, not proof of delivery.
Dashboard records are typically retained for no more than 30 days and may be adjusted for security, capacity, or legal reasons. Do not treat them as a statutory archive or your only backup.
5. Content responsibility
Email content comes from the sender. We do not pre-approve its authenticity, legality, or safety. Before opening links, downloading attachments, or acting on an email, verify it independently.
You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious content. If you receive a suspicious email, you can delete it and stop using the associated address.
6. Fair use and quotas
We may set reasonable limits on request rates, address counts, message sizes, attachments, and delivery volume to keep the service available to everyone. Specific limits may change with infrastructure capacity and abuse risk.
Do not bypass limits through multiple sessions, scripts, proxies, or other methods. Traffic that clearly threatens platform stability may be automatically throttled or blocked.
7. Security obligations
Protect your receiving mailbox, browser sessions, temporary access tokens, and authenticator keys. Never share verification codes or enter dashboard codes on pages that are not operated by this site.
If you suspect unauthorized access, clear your sessions, check the security of your receiving mailbox, and contact us. We may ask you to verify your identity again or temporarily restrict sensitive actions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict addresses, suspend features, or terminate access to address unlawful requests, abuse, security risks, system maintenance, or violations of these terms. In an emergency, advance notice may not be possible.
You may stop using temporary addresses, delete aliases, and log out of the dashboard. After termination, limited records that must be retained will be handled according to the privacy policy and legal obligations.
9. Third-party services
Email passes through multiple independent systems, and third-party websites may reject temporary addresses or delay sending. We do not control their policies, content, availability, or privacy practices.
Third-party names are used only to identify message sources or demonstration scenarios. They do not imply a partnership, endorsement, or guarantee. Your relationship with third parties is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or the receipt and forwarding of every email.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the system, but scheduled maintenance, outages, network incidents, and events beyond our control may affect the service. Important accounts should use a mailbox you control long term and that has recovery options.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from email delays, address expiry, third-party actions, incorrect content classification, or your failure to save information elsewhere. Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for intentional misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited. If local law does not permit part of a limitation, that part will be adjusted only as much as necessary.
12. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes and will publish the effective date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes; continued use means you accept the updated rules.
